Full-Time Quality Improvement Specialist

The Quality Improvement Specialist provides support within the County's mental health system by ensuring quality services and compliance with state laws and regulations. Reporting to the Manager of Program Support Services, the QI Specialist collaborates with staff and supervisors to update procedures. The position requires relevant experience in a mental health setting and strong communication skills. Other duties as assigned by the Manager may also be required.

Requirements

1. Working competency in both typing and computer programs including but not limited to Word and Excel.

2. Bachelors Degree (preferred).

3. Bilingual Spanish (preferred).

4. Valid California Driver's License, good driving record & proof of vehicle insurance.

5. COVID-19 Vaccination and booster (when eligible) is required for this position. Accommodations will be considered with proof of a legal exemption.

6. Must have internet, a computer with a camera, and Microsoft Office or a compatible program.

Competitive Rate: $23.00- $29.00 per hour
