Berkshire Psychiatric & Behavioral Health Services is a part of the Haven Behavioral Healthcare system of services. Haven operates acute-care psychiatric hospitals and outpatient practices across the United States that offer a full continuum of care for anyone dealing with mental health and substance abuse issues, from young adults to seniors. Position Summary: Assesses and evaluates assigned patients. Conducts individual, family, and/or group therapy.

Functions as the primary contact for treatment and related communication Promotes implementation of therapeutic, recovery oriented, trauma informed services. Maintains a safe and efficient working and treatment environment per facility & program policies and procedures. Promotes positive work environment through multi-modal communication and interaction with colleagues and all employees in the organization.

Qualifications: Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited school of Social Work or Counseling Psychology required Licensure by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania State Board of Social Workers, Counselors, and Marriage & Family Therapists required.
