Our client has an immediate opening for a state-licensed Optometrist for a growing practice providing high quality services to nursing homes and other LTC facilities throughout the NYC metro region.

Practice provides the latest equipment and a medical assistant at each nursing home.



Responsibilities:

Perform routine eye exams, including visual field tests

Prescribe corrective lenses when required

Refer patients to board-certified ophthalmologists when required fro more holistic eye care etc.

State-issued license for optometry and O.D.

1+ years experience working as an optometrist

Excellent customer service and organization skills

Advanced time management skills

Ability to diagnose and treat eye-related disorders and conditions
