Full Time Nanny

Full-Time Nanny in New Canaan, CT $54,600 - $63,700 per year

A loving family in New Canaan is seeking a full-time nanny for their first child, who will be 3-months-old in April 2025. Ideal candidate has prior infant experience working with infants and toddlers, and is looking for a long-term position with a family planning to grow. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive care for the baby throughout the day
• Assist with baby-related tasks, including laundry and cleaning bottles
• Support the baby’s developmental milestones
• Engage the baby in age-appropriate activities to encourage growth and development

Start Date: April 15, 2025

Schedule:

• 3-4 days per week
• Hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Guaranteed 30-35 hours per week

Compensation: $30-$35 per hour

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 2 sick days, and 2 personal days, major holidays

Requirements:

• Valis driver's license and vehicle
• Prior experience caring for infants is required
• Strong understanding of infant care and developmental milestones
• Reliable and trustworthy with a long-term commitment
• Provide 3-5 professional refences
• Non-smoker
