Full Time Nanny

Full-Time Nanny needed for a family with one easy-going 8 year old child. Ideal candidate is patient, kind, and sweet. Looking for someone who is reliable, flexible, has a strong work ethic, and able to manage household tasks efficiently and independently.

Compensation: $30-$35 per hour, flexible for the right candidate

Start date: ASAP

Schedule:

During School Year:

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Tuesday and Thursday: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Summer Schedule:

• Drop off at camp in the morning (8:30 AM)
• Pick up from camp in the afternoon (3:00 PM)
• Similar schedule for school drop off and pick up in the fall

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with morning routine including breakfast preparation, packing bags, and sunscreen application
• Drop off and pick up from camp/school
• Light housekeeping: making beds, tidying up after breakfast, emptying dishwasher, vacuuming, checking mail, and managing deliveries
• Prepare dinner and after-school snacks
• Driving to Long Island City on Fridays (about an hour drive)
• Oversee any vendors for home repairs if needed

Requirements:

• Must have relevant experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license; family car available for use
• Own transportation required for returning home on Fridays after drop off
• Provide 3-5 professional references
• Show proof of legal right to work in the US
