WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
BDS Marketing is looking for savvy retail warriors with a strong passion for consumer electronics and a technical aptitude. Our Merchandising Display Market Lead's work in major retailers on state-of-the-art gadgets and technologies, from headphones, tablet displays to printers, drones and so much more. Their ability to troubleshoot, install and repair consumer electronics is key to their in-store success. They build relationships within store while interfacing daily with store management and associates.
We provide a stellar training program with direct in field support which enables our merchandising team to execute assignments at a superior level. If you have a retail or technical background and are eager to take your career in a new direction, we would like to connect with you.
WHO ARE OUR MERCHANDISING DISPLAY MARKET LEADS?
Conduct in-store visits
Problem solvers and intuitive thinkers
Organized, detailed planners
Possess great attention to detail
Provide in market training of new reps or current reps as required
Conduct mentorship, coaching and team building of in market reps
Assist with in market recruiting support such as job fairs, flyer distribution as needed
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to travel throughout assigned territory
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to adapt to changes and respond supportively in working with various circumstances and people
Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point applications.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO GET STARTED?
Vehicle and valid driver's license
Current vehicle registration and insurance
Access to basic tools including but not limited to screwdriver, hammer, pliers, wrench set, and a cordless drill
Must meet all pre and post-employment requirements, including but not limited to background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle review
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
2-5 years relevant experience
Minimum 3-5 years previous supervisory experience
