ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT - The Civil & Environmental Engineering Department has two separate B.S. degree programs with approximately 650 undergraduate students in the Civil Engineering Program and 250 in the Environmental Engineering Program. Both programs are ABET accredited.

The Department's undergraduate programs are consistently rated as among the best in the U.S. for non-Ph.D. granting institutions, and the department proudly supports extremely active and highly regarded student chapters of the Air and Waste Management Association, American Society of Civil Engineers, Society of Women Engineers, and Engineers without Borders. The Department also offers an M.S. degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering with approximately 50 active graduate students.
