Serve as shift lead and assist with the overall supervision of the food and beverage operations, ensuring guest service and operational needs are met. Reports to Sr Manager of Food and Beverage.

  • Serve as shift lead in the execution of shows, concerts, and special events, including event setup and teardown, assigning duties, and responding to guest and staff needs.
  • Conduct daily pre-shift in a positive and motivational manner. Assist in leading tasks and directing and training staff during shift. Provide clear and specific communications to the staff.
  • Perform in various guest services roles as needed. Responsible for knowing and communicating information about current and upcoming events.
  • Ensure all supplies and equipment are on-hand and assigned as necessary for each event. Transport and distribute supplies as needed during event. Assist with inventory, product rotation and date labeling to ensure fresh products are readily available for preparation.
  • Apply voids/comps in POS system according to established guidelines. Troubleshoot POS and equipment issues.
  • Serve in cash control capacity and control flow of monies and tills to and from safe. Assist and supervise the closing of all concessions cash locations ensuring that banks are in balance at the end of the night and safe balance is properly maintained. Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures, including proper operation of POS terminals/cash registers, collecting money from guests and giving accurate change, processing credit card transactions accordingly, and balancing register at end of shift.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly food service environment during operation and at end of shift, following sanitation procedures required by health regulatory agencies, focusing on both public areas and back of house.
  • Respond to guest issues and complaints appropriately when situations arise.
  • Ensure company standards and policies are being met regarding staff uniforms, quality of service/food, timeliness of food, guest relations, etc.
  • Communicate and uphold all corporate standards, guidelines, policies and procedures in accordance with local, state and federal laws and regulations. Maintain personal integrity by abiding by and supporting the values and principles of the company. Follow and support brand SOPs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
