SUMMARY: The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring that all production teams have sanitary tools and workspaces.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Keeps utensils and ware clean, sanitized and properly stored.
Keep department supplies filled and maintained.
Practice proper care and maintenance of all equipment.
Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls and shelves of kitchen area.
Take out trash on a regular basis.
Observes good sanitation and safety procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Must be available for scheduled work.
Must exhibit the Thoughtful Service model at all times.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
One to three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must be able to obtain any and all State, Local, and County licenses and/or registrations as required. Health permit/license required.
Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Ability to read and write simple correspondences, memos and lists.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to work with weight measurements, volume and distance.
