Position Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Inventory Specialist is to help store management maintain a high level of inventory accuracy through the use of cycle counts, inventory adjustments, inventory reports, procedures, auditing, and training. This position works under minimal supervision and must work closelywith store Management, the Receiving & Inventory Lead, Pricing Clerk, Merchandiser, Purchasing Department, Accounting Department, the Head Cashier, Sales Team Members, and Customers.

4.) Mango Reports
5.) Training
6.) Annual Inventory
Other Duties:
1.) Performs inventory related count requests.
2.) Fix incorrect location codes that are identified through inventory maintenance.
3.) Assists customers, as needed, by answering questions and directing them to needed merchandise.
4.) Backup the R&I Lead position.
5.) Maintain consistent communication with the R&I Lead.
6.) Recommends update to existing or new reports to help improve inventory accuracy.
7.) Performs other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum two (2) years retail or inventory control experience preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task efficiently.
Must have strong problem solving skills and be able to work well under pressure.
Good understanding of all processes related to the flow of inventory from Receiving to P.O.S. and back.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with RF guns preferred.
Must have proficient computer knowledge including an ability to use computer software such as Eagle Browser and Microsoft Office Programs with an emphasis on Excel.
Must have the ability to read and write English and have basic math skills.
Must have the ability to train Team Members to keep inventory accuracies.
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, to include weekends, evenings and holidays, as needed.
Must be dependable. Due to the nature and responsibilities of this position, dependable regular attendance is required.
Compensation:
Pay range $18.00 to $23.00
