Full-Time In Home Caregiver With Cna/Na- Company Car

Day in the life of Vivia Caregivers- Working a full time day schedule and attending personal care from client to client around assigned “neighborhoods”. Utilizing not only the company car to travel safely and reliably to clients homes, but also our Vivia RN team leaders will ensure that our caregivers are provided with the best support possible.

This one-on-one position is the opportunity to make meaningful connections while providing satisfying care to our clients.

Vivia Caregivers CNAs and NAs will overall:

• Earn $22 per hour*
• Work Full Time positions
• Work 40 Hours weekly
• Have Consistent and Steady Schedules
• Are provided use of a Company Car
• Work Designated Neighborhoods
• Work One-on-One with a consistent group of clients
• Work closely and are supported by a positive RN team leader and scheduler.
• Receive up to a $500 SIGNING BONUS.

*Vivia Assistants earn $21/hour during the 90 day probationary period during which orientation and on the job training takes place and then increases to $22/hour after successful completion of that probationary period.

Except during some holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Providing medication reminders and ensuring adherence to the care plan.
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation of client care activities.
• Monitoring changes in clients' conditions and reporting findings adequately.
• Offering companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation when needed.
• Completing other tasks as assigned to support the client's quality of life.

Requirements

• Current and valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (NA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Experience in the healthcare or home care setting is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First-Aid certification (must not be online certification).
• Reliable transportation is a must (company car provided for work-related travel).
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Health Clearance / Physical Exam within the last year.
• Proof of 2-Step and current TB clearance (within the last year).
• Must possess a smartphone and access email.
• Vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a medical or religious exemption.
