Full Time House Manager / Family Assistant

Looking for a meticulous and structured Household Manager/Nanny with expertise in managing households and caring for children to support a busy family. The family has two children aged 5 years and 5 months who are both in school returning home between 5-5:30pm. The perfect candidate who is warm and well disposed that can excel in a dynamic setting, values organization, and ensures seamless operations. The family, highly organized itself, seeks a tech-savvy individual adept at utilizing Google Calendars for scheduling summer camps, booking classes, arranging holidays, and managing all events through the calendar. Prior experience in infant and toddler care is essential, along with cooking skills or a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meal planning, cooking, and grocery shopping
• Calendar organization using Google Calendar
• Help find summer camp for the children
• Booking classes
• Running errands
• Gift buying and returns
• Coordination of holidays and vacations
• Paperwork and form completion
• Laundry

• House organization (no deep cleaning)

• Childcare when children are home after school and during summer

Additional Details:

• Pay: $28-$30 per hour
• Start date: Mid August/September (after labor day)
• Hours: ideally Monday-Thursday and Saturday, 11am-7pm or 12-8 (Friday and Sunday off)
• Guaranteed hours every week
• Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 5 sick days, 6 flex holidays off and paid, mileage reimbursement

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and vehicle
• Must have relevant experience including Nanny experience 
• College-educated
• COVID vaccinated
• Provide 3-5 professional references
• Must be willing to take a drug screening
