• Performs the following cooking procedures: sauté, grill, fry, bake, and roast.

• Performs basic to more advanced knife skills (i.e. slice, chop, mince, julienne, dice) in the preparation and production of food items.

• Cleans, organizes, and maintains sanitation of all walk-in coolers, food production areas, equipment, and general kitchen areas.

• Upholds all standards for quality, safety, cleanliness, and food standards as set by venue leadership.
