Currently, Meijer is looking for a Food Clerk Inventory Coordinator. This entry level team member position will have various start times and be exposed to a variety of retail tasks related to product, customer service and merchandising.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Possessing a sense of urgency and comfort level to be able to work in a fast paced environment

  • Working on all daily back stock in assigned area

  • Responsible for performing daily overs and shorts

  • Responsible for backroom organization in assigned area daily

  • Ensures all ICAPs are performed daily

  • Detail oriented and organized

  • Possesses good listening and communication skills

  • Has adequate knowledge of computer systems and is comfortable using them

  • Is process driven and has ability to follow procedures in an organized and efficient way

  • Ability to stay calm while working in a fast paced environment

  • Desire to work with customers on a consistent basis

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend and twist while handling product

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

As a member of this team, you will have clinical responsibility to conduct new patient evaluations including suicide risk assessment for adult and children in an acute care setting. This includes assessment, DSM-V diagnoses, treatment planning, crisis intervention and discharge planning. Additionally, you will provide brief individual and family crisis psychotherapy, patient education using best practice models which are applicable to PES practice settings. Required Qualifications* * A Master's degree in Social Work from a school accredited by the Council of Social Work Education. * A current licensure to practice social work in the State of Michigan. * Applicants without licensure might be considered if they will achieve licensure in a very short timeframe. * Clinical practice concentration and field practicum or recent work experience in health care required. Desired Qualifications* * Experience and training with managing patients and visitors who have behavioral dyscontrol and the ability to de-escalate escalating behavior per UMHS/PES practices and knowledge of the Michigan Mental Health Code are critical to this position. * Prefer candidate with psychiatric social work experience working as a member of an interdisciplinary team. * The ideal candidate will have strong assessment skills, knowledge of community resources, comfort with fast-paced care environment, and a proven ability to work well with patients and families as well as staff in community agencies. * Able to relate well with diverse client populations while managing a large caseload with multiple competing demands. * Efficient, accurate assessment of patient needs and effective case dispositions. * Independent, sound decision-making is necessary for success in this position. * Skills in electronic charting, data entry using multiple data bases, and phone systems. * Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner while collaborating with the Psychiatric Emergency Services treatment team and other providers. Work Schedule This position will work 24 hours a week during 'midnight' shifts on the weekends Work Locations This position will work out of the Psychiatric Emergency Services unit within the Ann Arbor hospital campus.
