A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college/university in business administration, education, public administration, or other related field is required. 2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of adult education or career technical education within a public agency or non-profit organization is required; experience in the private sector also may be considered.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATES: A valid California Class C Driver's License, the ability to maintain insurability status, and access to personal and reliable transportation are required.
