ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1.Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of personality types.

2.Adaptable to changing member services requirements; includes scheduling flexibility, self-motivating, and ability to multi-task on different levels.

3.Must participate in activities as assigned by Branch Vice President and/or Operations Managers to achieve branch and/or individual sales goals. Includes telemarketing, in-branch promos, cross-selling and up-selling.

4.Ability to perform accurate complex input/output functions on the credit union computer systems that relates to account, loan, and general ledger postings.

5.Must be able to travel and work at other branches as business needs dictate, sometimes on short notice.

6.Must be able to travel to different locations to attend training classes.

7.Must be able to perform the following functions:

  • Continuous standing or sitting for up to 8 hours per day.

  • Reach across teller station counter to comfortably count out/hand cash to members.

  • Intermittent bending, squatting and walking.

  • Lifting up to 25 pounds.

8.Must at all times, demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

Provide accurate, prompt and professional member service while promoting credit union services. Actively participate in the branch's efforts to meet or exceed assigned production goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Provide accurate, prompt, courteous and efficient service to credit union members.

2.Maintain satisfactory performance record; including balancing, attendance, and sales referrals.

3.Performance of daily duties in compliance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines.

4.Inform members about additional credit union products and services.

5.Must achieve assigned individual sales goals and actively participate in all branch efforts to meet or exceed assigned production goals.

6.Maintain security of all cash, deposited items, and negotiable instruments.

7.Answer the telephone in accordance with established phone answering sequence, using established greeting and adhering to service quality script.

8.Must be able to travel to other locations on short notice to fill-in where needed or as staffing needs dictate.

9.Must ensure that all inter-action with members and co-workers is polite, professional, and respectful at all times.



  1. Successful completion of FSA and FSA I required training courses per the Career Path Program or as specified by SVP/RVP.

  2. Additional duties as assigned.

Position Summary This is an International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 1245 represented classification, which has over 100 years of experience representing employees at PG&E. This job is subject to collective bargaining. Field Mechanic A position is a journey-level professional mechanic with a solid knowledge and background in a wide variety of skills. These skills include, but are not limited to, equipment service and repair of Mobile Hydraulics, Aerial Hydraulics, OSHA Boom Inspections, CHP BIT Inspections, Air Brakes, Diesel and Gasoline powered vehicles and equipment. They are responsible for the maintenance and repair of company owned, gas utility-related vehicles (service, construction, transport and passenger vehicles) and various types of equipment. This position is a DOT (Department of Transportation) covered classification and is subject to random drug and/or alcohol screening.
