Anax Elite is looking to fill sales and customer service positions. Candidates must possess integrity, character and exemplary ambition for success. The customer service position is considered an entry level marketing and sales position meaning thorough training is provided. We have a strict promote only from within policy which provides sales and customer service specialists with ample room for advancement and experience in marketing, sales and business. This position offers a compensation structure where pay is based upon individual performance. This is an entry level position that will train into management.
Manage customer service for small to medium accounts
Providing sales and marketing face to face
Customer relationship building

All of our staff is hired into the entry level-role with the intent of training into market director positions within 6 to 12 months. While we appreciate some experience, we are willing to train from the ground up.
Ideal Qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
Leadership experience (professional, athletic or fraternity leadership considered)
Competitive and proactive attitude
