Independent Bank offers the services of a big bank with the great attitudes of a small bank! As an Independent Bank Full Time Client Services Representative you will be responsible for performing everyday transactions and interacting with customers along with other miscellaneous duties.
Promotes a positive image of Independent Bank.
Provides professional customer service.
Accurately/quickly performs all duties necessary to complete routine customer transactions.
Identifies customer needs and offers appropriate solutions.
Facilitates customer purchases.
Educates customers on bank products and services.
Delivers customer experience to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Proficient at cash handling and transactions.
Adheres to bank policies and procedures efficiently.
Performs other duties as required.
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
Must be willing and able to work 40 hours per week during branch hours of operation
Loyal: Shows firm and constant support to a cause
Self-Starter: Inspired to perform without outside help
1 year: Customer service and cash handling experience preferred
Technology (computer, phone, etc.) skills.
This position requires the ability to competently perform the full range of personal banker responsibilities.
Must have good communication skills and customer service/sales orientation.
Finger dexterity and excellent verbal communication skills are required.
