The Guest Sales & Service Agent delivers exceptional service to guests by connecting them to unforgettable country music lifestyle experiences that connect artists and fans around the world. This position serves as the front-line sales and service representative selling products and services to guests connecting with the OEG Call Center. This position will support a continuously improving environment that enhances guest satisfaction, increases revenue generation, and maximizes productivity.

  • Take a genuine personal interest in our guests. Listen to understand the reason for their contact, address all questions or issues, and provide accurate and efficient responses. Provide friendly service in a fast-paced environment while professionally meeting guests' service and sales expectations.

  • Know the products, services, and history. Effectively communicate and share knowledge of company attractions and specific services and offerings. Stay up to date with all current promotions and advertising campaigns. Stay informed and aware of other attractions and events within the local region and direct guests appropriately when they inquire.

  • Identify opportunities to sell, cross-sell, and upsell products and services to enhance the guest experience.

  • Contact current guests and potential leads via phone, email, and chat to provide scheduling and event updates. Contact leads for marketing and sales purposes.

  • Work as a team to create the best experience for our guests. Meet personal sales targets and work towards meeting team sales targets.

  • Be receptive to ideas, training, and feedback from the leadership and training team to continually improve and enhance sales and service.

  • Must be proficient with ticketing systems used by OEG. Accuracy of input data is paramount to ensuring world-class guest service, guest satisfaction, and revenue generation.

  • Work with OEG Marketing to improve guest purchase experiences. Must maintain and update files; effectively communicate account details quickly and smoothly when inquiries are made.

  • Assist guests by problem-solving when changing reservations to accommodate their personal circumstances, misunderstandings, and complaints. Resolve and de-escalate any service issues--escalating to supervisor when necessary and appropriate.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
