Overview Hornbacher's Northport is on the search for a customer service oriented individual who wants to help provide remarkable customer service to each and every guest that visits our store. As the full-time, Frozen Food & Dairy Department Assistant Manager, you will:

Interact with our guests on the salesfloor - greeting them with a friendly "hello", answering their questions, and helping them find items they are looking for Assist with the break down of deliveries and prepare items to be stocked on the salesfloor for customers to purchase Stock items on the salesfloor while checking product dates, ensuring products get rotated to avoid unnecessary shrink and to ensure our guests receive the highest quality product available Use your creativity to merchandise produce and build engaging displays that help the department meet sales targets Partner with the Dairy/Frozen Foods Department Manager to ensure department standards are met and employees within the department have the necessary tools, training, and support to perform at the highest level May assist with department inventory and other leadership duties in partnership with the department manager This role is the PERFECT opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career!
