Under the direction of the School Director and the Student Services Coordinator, manage cases for students with Individual Education Plans and support intervention strategies in a team model. This position is approximately 80% FTE, and may increase to 100% over time. Comments and Other Information

The position is hybrid remote and in-person. This position is based out of our Learning Center in Vallejo serving students in Solano and Napa county, and virtually serves students in Sonoma and Marin county.
