Full-time (12-month) Mitchell High School Administrative Assistant (Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30):

• Preparing reports and documents

• Publishing monthly newsletter

• Working within the Google Suite

• Creating and sharing documents

• Organizing within Google Drive

• Accessing data and creating sheets

• Working extensively within Infinite Campus

• Daily attendance (including tracking truancy)

• Behavior reporting

• Grading portal

• Running reports

• Ordering supplies and tracking inventory

• Answering phones

• Approving leave requests and calling/lining up substitutes

• Preparing deposits

• Communicating with the business office

• Providing assistance to parents, students, staff, and principal

• Work closely with the principal

• Monitor printers and make maintenance calls

• Assist in the nurse's office

• Monitoring and covering where needed

• Other duties as deemed necessary
