Full-time (12-month) Mitchell High School Administrative Assistant (Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30):

Preparing reports and documents

Publishing monthly newsletter

Working within the Google Suite

Creating and sharing documents

Organizing within Google Drive

Accessing data and creating sheets

Working extensively within Infinite Campus

Daily attendance (including tracking truancy)

Behavior reporting

Grading portal

Running reports

Ordering supplies and tracking inventory

Answering phones

Approving leave requests and calling/lining up substitutes

Preparing deposits

Communicating with the business office

Providing assistance to parents, students, staff, and principal

Work closely with the principal

Monitor printers and make maintenance calls

Assist in the nurse's office

Monitoring and covering where needed

Other duties as deemed necessary
