We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced a Full Stack Software Engineering Manager to support the development of an internal platform. The ideal candidate will be data driven, have a customer mindset, and passionate about technology. You will have a strong engineering management background with a proven track record in delivering impactful solutions through technology. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the design of the platform going forward: decisions surrounding Ci/Cd, asynchronous communication, architecture decisions for front end development, and more in a cloud (Azure) environment.

What Work You Will Be Responsible For:

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

• Demonstrated ability to establish strong team relationships and deliver exceptional customer service

• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

• Implement best practices for software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing.

• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support the professional growth of team members.

• Identify and address technical challenges and risks, providing effective solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 7+ years of experience working in software engineering, preferably in leadership roles

Preferred/ Desired Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience working in software engineering, preferably in leadership roles

• Experience with at least one or more object-oriented programming/support languages (Preferably C#/.NET)

• Experience with relational and document databases, such as SQL Server & Cosmos Db

• Experience with Azure, AWS or other cloud providers

• Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation

• Experience with message bus technologies (RabbitMq, Kafka, Azure Service Bus)

• Experience with Javascript and/or WASM (Web Assembly)

• Generative AI experience a plus

• Strong communication skills, strategic and analytical thinking, collaboration, and leadership

• Expertise in defining, scaling, and delivering software products leveraging software development process through an in-depth understanding of customer needs
