Responsibilities

  • Backend and frontend development

  • Work with design team to create functional web apps

  • Determine project timelines and meet deadlines

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

  • Must work onsite in Logan, Utah

  • Pay: DOE (Depends on Experience)

Position Title: Senior Software Engineer Position Description: Plans, designs, develops and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products. Responsible for developing software programs to meet the requirements and constraints of the customer scope of work. Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs. Work within a project team to accomplish all the deliverables throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (design, development, testing, and implementation). Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Requirements/Areas of Experience: Experience with all aspects of a Software Development Life Cycle (design, development, testing, and implementation) Expert using .NET, C# Experience in image processing a plus Experience with optics a plus Experience with Agile Development and Scrum a plus Education/Experience: BA/BS degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.) and a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
