At FindMeCure we are working towards a future where no one dies for a lack of a cure.

To achieve this, we've created two products:

1. FindMeCure.com helps patients to find suitable clinical trials, it's completely free (B2C).
2. TrialHub.com helps the clinical research industry plan better clinical trials with the patient in mind (B2B SaaS).

What you'll do?

Increase our development capacity by handling complex sprint issues or technical problems independently. Write quality code, while being mindful of the impact vs effort for the given task and not overdoing things that are of lesser importance. If you're someone who 'gets stuff done' and enjoys pushing the boundaries, read on.

• Write quality code, without overdoing tasks that are of smaller importance/impact
• Planning and implementing the optimal solution for the various technical and product challenges
• Participate in the sprint retrospective and planning
• Actively participate in the product's development and support
• Acquire deep knowledge about the technologies behind our products as well as domain knowledge about the clinical research industry
• Understand the company culture and values and act accordingly

Who would be the right fit for this position?

• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript Frameworks (ideally React, but not a deal breaker)
• 3+ years of experience with .NET/C#
• A smart and driven person, inherently curious about how things work
• Track record for delivering high-quality solutions/code on time
• Loves solving problems and persists until the goal is achieved despite obstacles and setbacks. We'd expect you to prove it by sharing examples of your impact on projects and organizations you've worked for (contribution > years of experience).
• Makes sound decisions, even in the absence of complete information
• Proactive
• Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills (e.g. you timely relate helpful information to teammates across the company)

Any of these is a plus:

• Experience with Domain-Driven Design
• Experience with MongoDB
• Experience with Elastic
