In this role, you will
Design and ship major features for our existing data labeling web applications used by thousands of labelers
Work across disciplines, including Product, Design, and Engineering to identify new features for existing web applications, or new web applications entirely
Drive frontend standards and best practices across the company
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience
Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals
Strong understanding of web architecture
Experience writing frontend applications
Experience working in cross functional teams
Strong understanding of Javascript or TypeScript
Deep understanding of web technologies including React, Redux, MobX
Experience with modern frontend tools (Webpack, Babel)
Desirable Qualifications
You have experience building applications with large-scale data visualization using libraries like mapbox.gl, three.js, deck.gl, or d3.js.
Back End Development Experience. While we most commonly use Python, we're looking for someone who knows their way around object-oriented, as long as you're okay with leaning into Python more regularly on a day-to-day basis.
Empathy for users and a drive to build clean and elegant UI / UX
Experience working with C++
Pay Range
The base range for this position is $144,000 - $216,000. Aurora's pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. The successful candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.
