Position: Full Stack Developer Location: IRISS HQ - Bradenton, FL (On-Site) Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our web applications, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using modern technologies and best practices.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient back-end APIs and services. Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.

Write clean, well-documented code and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across the stack. Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in web development and propose new ideas and solutions.

Maintain a high level of quality on all deliverables, ensuring software development standards and best practices are followed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with at least 5 years of experience.

Cloud Services Experience: Familiarity with cloud services platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, especially those that support IoT, such as AWS IoT Core. Database Management:

Competence in handling both SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra to store and manage data efficiently. Version Control Systems: Proficiency with version control tools like Git to manage code changes and collaborate with team members.

Experience with Microservices Architecture: Knowledge of designing and implementing applications using microservices architecture, which is beneficial for building scalable and maintainable IoT systems. Project Management Experience:

Ability to lead projects and teams, showing skills in project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum, which are often used in software development projects.
