Full Stack Developer

Job Description

The Full Stack Developer has knowledge in all stages of software development. This position will be working alongside engineers and developers, collaborating on the various layers of the infrastructure. The Full Stack Developer has a key role on the Technology team.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand overall architecture of the web application.

  • Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.

  • Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features.

  • Maintain code integrity and organization.

  • Work with graphic designers and converting designs to visual elements.

  • Support systems and provide support to customers

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple business priorities while still holding quality paramount

  • 5+ years of industry experience designing, building, and shipping software

  • 5+ years development experience building high-volume, server-side services using C# or other OO language

  • Experience with cloud technologies and migrating platforms to the cloud (especially AWS)

  • Ability to support a 24x7x365 environment, if needed

  • Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.

  • Highly experienced with back-end programming languages

  • Proficient experience in SQL

  • Experience with cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications.

  • Knowledge of code versioning tools {such as Git}.

  • Experience with C#, Javascript, and React preferred

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience preferred
