The Position

Adobe is seeking an Campaign Manager for the Professional Services Full Service team to be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of client campaigns and contributing to profitable relationships with large brand advertisers, agencies and other companies that utilize Adobe Campaign.

As a Campaign Manager on the Full Service team you will become proficient in managing the planning and execution of client campaigns within Adobe Campaign. Candidates should have an understanding of the digital marketing space, preferably with a working knowledge of email marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational excellence across all clients

  • Managing campaign calendar, trafficking assets and client approval process

  • Managing & executing day to day production tasks

  • Oversee both onshore and offshore team member production work

  • Lead client-facing and internal troubleshooting efforts

  • Lead client Quarterly Benchmark Reviews and status meetings

  • Analyze performance metrics and proactively assist with campaign performance enhancements

  • Identify trends in data to drive optimization strategies

  • Act as a mentor and team leader for more junior team members and Associate Campaign Managers

  • Work with senior team members on strategic growth strategies and implementation process across the business

Requirements

  • You're passionate about digital marketing and have a strong desire to become an expert in account management

  • 3+ years experience successfully managing client relationships within the digital marketing space

  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Preferably have experience with email, mobile, or direct mail campaigns

  • HTML, JavaScript, or SQL knowledge a plus

  • Understand campaign KPI's & be able to initiate dialogue internally/externally for improvement

  • Possess strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail

  • Motivated to drive resolution independently, while working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines

  • Solution-oriented and able to find creative solves to tricky problems

  • Proven reputation for being helpful & easy to work with among diverse groups of people & departments

  • Able to re-prioritize time & effort based on team, company or client needs

As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the systems architecture of the Adobe Campaign solution for customized instances. You will solve complex technical challenges such as integrating multiple data systems via multiple protocols, implementing a solution that can provide real-time decisions for millions of customers, and connecting customers to all the products in the Adobe Marketing Cloud. Your knowledge of databases, programming languages, web technologies, networking, security, and operating systems will allow you to translate business requirements into detailed designs that ultimately make our customers' lives easier by leveraging Adobe Campaign. Although your focus will be on delivery, you will also play a significant part in presales discussions – providing wide-ranging knowledge to the sales cycle on the specific requirements of the solution architecture. What You'll Do * Translate partner and client needs to technical solutions based on a balance of architecture standards and plans, total cost of ownership and feasibility. * Drive the network design covering the deployment, security and performance issues. * Implement Adobe Campaign on time and on budget using database technologies, programming languages, and web technologies. This is a hands-on development role. * Collaborate with other Adobe consultants from Campaign and other Marketing Cloud solutions, both in the U.S. and off-shore, to design solutions that increase customer retention, loyalty, and acquisition * Enable customers and partners on Adobe Campaign best practices through a combination of side-by-side coaching and remote enablement * Take ownership of delivering successful customers for all size projects * Create referenceable customers who are eager to share their successes with the marketing community What You Need to Succeed * Expertise in designing and delivering highly scalable solutions and ability to effectively communicate the solution to the customers and to the internal teams * Experience in system and performance analysis of distributed systems * Eagerness to learn new applications of traditional technologies * Passion about the customer experience and driving customer success * Excitement about being part of a rapidly expanding team with evolving responsibilities * 5+ years of experience in the architect role on enterprise software implementation/integration projects * Expertise in web software development including client-side and server-side development * Expertise in optimizing RDBMS performance of at least the following database engines: MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle * Proficiency in various flavors of Linux and Windows * Proficiency in setting up network configuration, firewall rules, and NAT rules.
