We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in bookkeeping and financial management to oversee various accounting tasks. Duties: - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently

• Perform balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations

• Utilize double-entry bookkeeping methods to maintain accurate financial records

• Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner

• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions

• Input journal entries and maintain financial documentation Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbooks

• Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles

• Experience with 10 key typing for data entry accuracy

• Ability to perform balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations

• Knowledge of payroll processing and related regulations

• Familiarity with bank reconciliation procedures
