Robert Half Finance is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper for a growing company in Naples. Major responsibilities
Perform general accounting tasks, such as G/L account reconciliation and month-end closing, and other ad hoc projects.
Perform all Accounts Receivable functions
Classify documents with the proper expenditure codes and accounting codes.
Use a variety of sources to prepare statements and reports.
Process daily invoices/credit, apply cash receipts, and help with collection of past due balances to support Accounts Receivable.
Resolve discrepancies by examining possible sources of disagreement, recreating likely actions, and identifying the effect on other accounts; generate correction documents as required.
Use various methods to add financial information to journals and ledgers.
Carry out other related duties and work on special projects as assigned.
Experience with QuickBooks is mandatory
