Our client is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team! In this role, the candidate will be responsible for performing month-end close, reconcile internal accounts, analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, reconcile bank statements, verify daily bank account cash activities, prepare wire transfers to fund accounts as needed, AP/AR, provide and maintain cash flow projections vender, review annual budgets, provide pro forma and other financial reports to client, and work directly with and provide high-level of professional service to high-net-worth individuals.
Working hours are somewhat flexible. An associate's degree in accounting is preferred. Family office services experience is also preferred.
Must be comfortable working independently and in a group environment. Ideal candidate should be organized, detail oriented, and flexible in adjusting well to change.
