We provide outsourced CFO consulting and financial operations support, exclusively for dentists. CFO Dental Partners works only with general and specialized dental practices, privately owned by dentists. We have recently expanded our outsourced support to include Human Resources.

You have a strong desire to fulfill our mission to provide peace of mind to practice owners by giving them real-time data, in a format that makes sense, so they can make intelligent and well-informed decisions in their practice.

 This will be part-time (20 hours/week; Monday-Thursday) to start and will likely transition to a full-time position within 6-12 months. This position will be 100% remote and you will report to the CFO.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• New client on-boarding process
• Set-up/clean-up of client’s books
• Maintain client books going forward
• Use of cloud-based workflows and systems
• Generate client-facing reports based on the financial and production-based data

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION
:

Required:

• 4+ years experience with Quickbooks Online
• Certified in QBO (or able to be certified within 90 days)

Desired:

• A bachelor's degree
• 5+ yrs relevant experience
• Experience in the following systems: Karbon, Gusto, BILL, Dext, Slack, Google Drive
