Responsibilities
Calibrate and certify Environmental Monitoring products
Technical recalibration of other products as required by order type
Responsible for monitoring and reporting quality or functionality issues to the Fulfillment and Engineering teams
Assist with product inventory, receiving, handling, storage, inspection, preparation, and shipping.
Responsible for compiling and assembling hardware to fulfill customer orders
Follow SOPs and produce thorough and consistent documentation when required
Analyze data and report results
General shipping and receiving tasks
Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
Perform all other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Fulfillment Services
Qualifications
Skills:
Strong organization skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
Demonstrate knowledge of computers and the Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work with a variety of hardware and software
Ability to analyze and logically troubleshoot defective products
Must be highly detail-oriented
Ability to work independently once trained
Superior organizational skills
Ability to understand the technical details of the product
Overtime as needed
