WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Seasonal picking / bag packing fulfillment team members (1st shift / mornings) complete customer orders in a fast paced fulfillment warehouse environment in one of the roles below:

• Picker:

• Removes totes from conveyor

• While watching for totes, pick items off of shelves in your work area

• Pick for multiple orders at one time

• Move up and down conveyor line to assist with orders in other work areas

• Bag Packer:

• Removes totes from conveyor

• Quality checks to ensure orders match products and corrects any issues

• Packages orders in correct shipping containers

• Places correct shipping labels on packages

• May be instructed on how to use the auto bagger machine

In addition to primary functions, seasonal quick picker / bag packer team members (1st shift / mornings) may be crossed trained in other fulfillment warehouse tasks, including picking, check pack, manifesting, etc.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions and to read and write in English

• High School Diploma / GED preferred

• Requires extended periods of standing and moving at a fast pace while picking / bag packing (This is a must for this fulfillment role!)

• Requires physical manipulation of merchandise / materials by walking, bending, grasping, pushing, pulling, and lifting

• Requires ability to lift 5 to 15 pounds regularly while picking / bag packing, with ability to lift heavier weight (up to 50 pounds) periodically

• Must have communication, problem solving, interpersonal, and some computer skills

• Must be available to work during scheduled shifts (1st shift / mornings)

• Multi-tasking and attention to detail are necessary for success in this fulfillment position!
