Great Northern - Chippewa Falls is looking for a Fulfillment Superintendent to join our team! Are you ready to make a difference?

Position Details

• Provide leadership to our fulfillment operations that optimizes production, maintains quality standards, and manages to cost targets

• Provides oversight of the fulfillment operations at our GNC - CF facilities as well as vendors

• Leads the fulfillment supervisor team, reinforces a team concept while leading for effectiveness

• Participates in recruitment process for new team members in fulfillment

• Collaborates with multiple departments when necessary to align processes with customer expectations

• Monitors productivity to align production with estimated costs

• Participates in new project cost estimates as related to fulfillment operations

• Works closely with warehouse and shipping personnel to help coordinate all distribution efforts

• Promotes and leads operations to meet all safety policies and expectations while promoting a safety focused work environment

Expectations

• Requires post secondary education in materials management, supply chain, business management, or operations management (or related field)

• A minimum of three to five years experience in fulfillment oversight, project management, supply chain / distribution, customer relations, corrugated manufacturing and / or design experience.

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in an efficient manner, capable to handle multiple deadline pressures

• Possess integrity regarding confidential and proprietary information

• A people-centered leader with the motivation to empower his / her team to promote a safe work environment, creating quality product in an efficient manner
