Our Opportunity:

Chewy, your one stop shop for all things pets, is looking for self-motivated go-getters to join our Fulfillment Specialists team for our Louisville, KY Pharmacy location.

If you're computer capable, have drive, patience and a willingness to help, we want to hear from you!

What you'll do:

  • Duties include anything from in-bounding and storing inventory in warehouse, filling prescription orders, data entry, picking and sending shipments to customers.

  • Fulfill and organize orders to ensure customer delivery process is efficient and accurate.

  • Create accurate shipping documentation for domestic shipments

  • We focus on excellent customer service and we take pride and great care in every order we fill for our customers

What You'll Need:

  • Must be able to work 5:00PM - 3:30AM

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must be able to lift up to 50-75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours, each shift has two 15 minute breaks and one 30 minute lunch break

  • Must have great attention to detail when filling pharmacy orders

  • Must be able to work Monday - Saturday for a variety of shifts

  • Must have basic computer skills

  • Flexibility for lots of overtime opportunities

Available Shift: Tuesday- Saturday 5:00pm-1:30am Starting Rates: 13.00/hr. depending on skills and experience. What are you doing in this role? In the Radial warehouse you are helping to fulfill customer orders. You will be part of a hardworking team to get orders packaged and shipped out on time for customers so they arrive at their doorstep as expected. Team Lead Inbound Fulfillment Specialist will assist the Supervisor in day to day functions (day to day functions will be defined according to department as part of the SOP). And schedule will vary depending on business needs. Job Duties & Responsibilities * Perform all department functions as needed * Fill in for other leads when needed * Plan and coordinate shift activities to ensure adherence to all DC procedures and documentation set forth * Assist in planning, prioritizing, and communicating shift directives to ensure efficiency and accuracy for all inbound related activities * Ensure that all shift personnel receive proper training, skill development per company guidelines * Recommend opportunities for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness of associates for increased shift contribution * Achieve and maintain compliance with company and federally mandated regulations regarding safety, OSHA, HazMat and DOT * Monitor and help coordinate execution of SLA, work flow, and any escalated client requests daily * Reinforce policy and procedure compliance * Communicate progress to supervisor * Dispatch work as needed to balance labor with work volume. * Follow-up with associates on performance throughout the day, coach and recognize where appropriate * Provide direction in a professional manner * Follow all safety guidelines and performs in a safe and careful manner * Fill in for supervisor when needed * All other duties assigned by the supervisor/manager What skills do you need?
