SUMMARY
Responsible for performing delivery, receiving and storing duties associated with the operation of ECP Distributors' warehouse. Operate motor vehicles in the performance of assigned duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Receives, delivers, and stores supplies, equipment, and instruments; rotates inventory by date in accordance with established guidelines.
Pulls orders and stage for pickup by customer, delivery by Distribution Services vehicle, or return to vendor.
Receives computer printouts of inventory; checks for errors, makes corrections; maintains stock records to include receipts and disbursements of supplies.
May assists in the training of new associates.
Waits on customers, fills requisitions, and assists with the reordering of supplies.
Participates in the periodic cleaning of the warehouse and storage areas; performs scheduled maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
Confers regularly with outside sales team and customer service representatives to discuss customer satisfaction and service enhancements.
Adheres to safety and fire standards and regulations.
May operate a forklift and handle hazardous materials and chemicals.
Promotes the image and reputation of the System by exhibiting servant leadership and providing direct and open lines of communication.
Contributes to the work of committees, workgroups, project management, and other collaborative efforts of the System.
Performs other duties as necessary to ensure the success of the System.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Working knowledge of supply room and warehouse practices and procedures.
Ability to make mathematical calculations, maintain stock records.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with fellow associates, nursing center staff, the general public, and provide quality service to customers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School graduation (GED).

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret document such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with customers or associates of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram format. The ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Class C Georgia State driver's license is not required but preferred. May be required to be certified as a forklift operator.
