Fulfillment Ops Specialist II (Loan Processor)

Provides quality loan processing, reviewing files for adherence to underwriting standards and ensuring completeness of submission. Will contact borrower and / or mortgage broker to collect necessary documentation and act as a liaison between origination staff, underwriters, and customers to effectively close loans.

Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for the initial scrub once the approval has been issued. This will include but not limited to the following: Confirming broker received loan decision, activate UDM in Fraudguard and review all yellow flags for clearance, confirm estimated close date with broker and input into processing system, validate all FHA connection functions as applicable, confirm if in flood zone and add condition as needed & communicate to broker if flood insurance is needed, work/clear any internal account manager conditions that can be worked at that time and send an updated approval to broker as needed.

  • Responsible for review of all conditions prior to the file being sent to the underwriter for review. This will include but not limited to the following: Review conditions sent in for accuracy and marked received or update with any corrections/additional items needed, complete all necessary screens as the documentation is received, update fees worksheet and confirm borrower has sufficient funds to close prior to final review, verify employer's phone numbers and call to complete VVOE, check UDM and condition broker appropriately for any new debt or inquiries, request CD if loan is ready and prepare file for closing.

  • Responsible for maintaining a clean pipeline and keeping the sales partner informed of loan status. This will include but not limited to the following: having weekly pipeline calls with brokers/account executives regarding lock expirations, closing dates and status of conditions. Confirming any dead loans are sent to the underwriter for adverse action, handling rush requests while maintaining all phone calls and emails within the required SLA's.

Education/Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Minimum of 3 year experience as a mortgage loan processor or account manager. Prior experience involving multi-tasking and detail-oriented responsibilities.

  • Prior experience with conventional, FHA, VA and USDA.

  • Prior experience maintaining a pipeline of 50+ loans.

Pharmacy Technicians count medications and prepare orders for final verification by the pharmacist. Pharmacy Technician is responsible for accurate product verification in the filling of prescriptions and replenishment of the automated counting machines. They must follow all state and federal regulations required for the profession of pharmacy. Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required; one year of customer service experience required; clerk or office assistant in the medical field or pharmacy experience preferred. Certificates and Licenses: Valid license, registration and/or certification, in good standing, to practice as a Pharmacy Technician as required by the Board of Pharmacy in the state employed. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Count, scan, verify, label, and repackage medication into unit dose and carepaks. * Fill and maintain inventory level in automated machines. * Work with Order/Receiving department to coordinate ordering of Special Order medications and assist with completing daily orders. * Cleaning counters, dusting, equipment and trash removal as needed. * Enter and send drug orders. * Assist intake and outtake counters. * Work specific disease states; filling, counting, ordering and getting confirmation numbers. * Utilize the fulfillment system to assist in packaging and shipping. * Review prescription processing system to maintain appropriate medication inventory levels. For specific disease states, verify that all activities have been completed to ensure compliance with the drug manufacturer reporting requirements. * Ability to review Drug Wholesaler website and order medications. * Review exceptions and coordinate shipments with Operations team for shipments and replacements. * Follow established procedures for special instruction medications.
