Radial is now hiring for Fulfillment Operations Director in Kentucky.

Available shift: Days

What are you doing in this role?

In the Radial warehouse you are helping to fulfill customer orders. You will be part of a hardworking team to get orders packaged and shipped out on time for customers so they arrive at their doorstep as expected. Come be a part of the excitement of the ecommerce industry.

Fulfillment Operations Director will lead and direct team to achieve key goals and objective and the execution of the defined operational plan

Job Duties & Responsibilities


  • Provide direction and support to direct reports. Coach to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives are consistently achieved

  • Develop and manage strong leadership team and oversee: training and coaching, evaluation of all employees necessary to meet or exceed goals, and development of the work environment.

  • Maintain a safe work environment, which provides for the safety of employees and the security of products.


  • Maintain a working knowledge of all operational processes.

  • Develop and maintain standard procedures.

  • Review and follow-up on results of production, efficiency, costs, and inventory accuracy.

  • Interact with internal and external senior management while providing updates and solutions on issues about business impact.

  • Demonstrates the ability to plan, direct and implement warehouse operations to meet stated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)


  • P&L ownership and ability to forecast an annual budget while managing the operational processes within set guidelines.

  • Assist in developing and implementing organizational strategies.


  • Interact with existing and prospective new accounts/clients

Bachelors' Degree or Equivalent
