Fulfillment Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, from order placement to delivery, to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the most efficient and cost-effective methods for order fulfillment.

• Develop and implement strategies for inventory management, including forecasting, replenishment, and optimization.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

• Lead and mentor a team of order fulfillment associates, providing guidance and support to ensure high productivity and customer satisfaction.

• Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience in order fulfillment management, preferably in the home improvement or retail industry.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to determine root causes and successfully implement solutions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead a diverse group of associates.
