Description of Position:

The Fulfillment & Logistics Analyst is responsible for daily execution of the order to cash process. This position requires heavy computer work, handling multiple tasks in high pressure environment, and being able to easily move between day to day tactical tasks and management issues.

Duties:

  • Participate in customer contract reviews and ensure we adhere to contractual obligations where appropriate.

  • Manage global distributions centers (DC's) to ensure orders are being processed in a timely manner and customer shipping windows are met.

  • Work closely with Distribution Centers (DC's) to resolve demand and shipment capability conflicts.

  • Track and monitor end to end Fulfillment process and execute critical activities related to transacting customer shipments.

  • Heavy use of Oracle functionality Available to Promise (ATP) process to ensure proper alignment of supply/demand in meeting customer promised scheduled ship dates.

  • Manage accounts' routing guide and stay up to date on new requirements regarding product related issues and shipping rules. This will require consistent follow up.

  • Work closely with finance to resolve any invoice related issues and ensure the month/qtr end processes are being followed.

  • Manage and execute monthly Cycle Counts and year-end Physical inventory.

  • Provide direct input into Supply Planner to ensure proper levels of supply are being met.

  • Work closely with Sales Operations in managing changes to open backlog, scheduled ship dates, credit holds, and ensure bookings stay within DC capacity limits.

  • Work with sales account managers and customers to address order/shipment issues, reschedules and urgent requests.

  • Act as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance and consistency, and taking corrective action when needed.

  • Proactive approach in identifying and leading process improvement initiatives using Lean tools.

  • Build and deliver productivity plans by reviewing work forecasts, determining productivity requirements, and partnering with other DC Operations Managers to balance labor.

  • Evaluating performance objectives and metrics to determine inbound or outbound productivity requirements to achieve customer time, accuracy, and quality expectations.

Technical:

  • Solving ERP related errors ensuring most up to date capabilities are maintained.

  • Heavy supply/demand analysis

  • Key contributor to the development of Oracle Quote To Cash (Q2C) process.

  • Setup, test, and implement various OM/Fulfillment processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, in Business preferably

  • At least 3 years fulfillment, planning, and inventory mgmt

  • Extensive ERP experience, Oracle EBS a plus

  • Must be proficient in Excel

  • Effective organization skills

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

  • International logistics experience a plus

  • Global planning experience a plus

  • Effective verbal and listening communication skills

  • Effective written communications skills for Documentation, Reporting and Scheduling

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Capable of working independently with minimal direction

This role requires a full understanding of procure-to-pay, logistics, asset management, inventory management, receiving, distribution and transportation. This role will be required to work closely with cross-functional teams and across boundary organizations to gather requirements, define solutions, implement new tools and process, and provide ongoing support to these teams. LOGISTICS SYSTEMS ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES * Partner with the business and developers to build custom in-house inventory tooling and systems for data center logistics. Manage project initiation, deployment and post production support. Proactively and continuously look for systematic and data integrity issues across multiple systems to prioritize and fix. Work closely with developers to understand data structures, data sources and systematic processes during system development. Liaise with cross-functional teams to assist with best practices and to ensure end-to-end process and tooling consistency. Develop, build, and maintain reports and dashboards that contain actionable metrics to monitor the performance of our operations. Work with internal business groups to acquire a deep understanding of their processes and operations. Manage task queue to triage and resolve issues and engage with cross-functional teams as needed for resolution. Partner with teams to establish logistics processes to improve for data center operations focusing on scale, efficiency, and automation. Lead sessions to identify process inefficiencies, gather business requirements, partner with development teams to manage deliverables, testing and validation, roll-out and training, and triage and resolution of issues. Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, SCM, Management Information Systems or related field. 5+ years of experience building scalable tools for logistics and inventory management. Detailed knowledge of supply chain and inventory management processes. Experience juggling multiple projects and tasks. Experience documenting designs from both business and systems perspectives. Experience explaining technical issues to both technical and business partners. Experience in data analytics and capable of digging into data. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience reading and understanding PHP and React. Experience with reading and writing SQL. Systems background related to supply chain and relational databases. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrable bias toward action. Experience collaborating cross functionally with other geographies.
