Fulfillment Inventory Clerk

SUMMARY STATEMENT/POSITION OVERVIEW

The Fulfillment Inventory Clerk reconciles all customer-owned inventory with a strong focus on customer service. Ensures all inventory records are maintained as accurately as possible. Must be comfortable operating material handling equipment and working at various heights.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBLITIES - Inventory Clerk

• Makes customer-approved adjustments in SAP to reconcile inventory

• Daily reconciliation of received items

• Perform cycle counts as directed by the Materials Manager

• Perform various inventory tasks to confirm and locate customer stock

• Monitor and clear negative balance items

• Daily monitoring of customer discrepancies

• Run daily reports as required

• Works with internal customers for inventory discrepancy issues

• Knowledge of production material flow

• Performs other duties as assigned.

SPECIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE OR QUALIFICATIONS - Inventory Clerk

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a related field is preferred.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP

• Ability to communicate information accurately and apply strong math skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to drive a Cherry Picker or Big Joey

• Ability to lift, and and pull products off shelves, as well as replenish products, from various heights
