Starting Rate: $22.05/hour plus $1/hour 2nd shift differential

Additional Incentive:

• Cross Training

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 2nd shift Evenings 3pm-11pm, overtime as needed

As our Fulfillment Coordinator, you will:

• Lead and coordinator the activities of employees and temps within the Fulfillment Department. Assigning tasks to employees and redirecting as needed

• Train new employees & temps to required job tasks. Check on performance and quality, coach and retrain in areas of job performance and accuracy as needed.

• Monitoring the work flows and line management

• Providing verbal and written communication with the facility departments and shift to ensure the team is working together to meet operational goals

• Ensuring workload and needs of customers are met daily

• Identifying and eliminating safety concerns

• Overseeing quality measures. Work with an electronic inventory system.

• Discuss production, suggested improvements, and concerns with the Supervisor.

• This is a hands on Coordinator role, meaning the individual will do hand picking and packing and operate equipment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of your shift

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and positive outlook shared with others

• Outgoing and welcoming personality

• Prior training or lead experience preferred
