Join a team dedicated to getting customer orders ready for shipment to our clients all over the world. We offer a different kind of distribution center experience! This is an on-site Fulfillment position at our Santa Ana, CA fulfillment center, specifically focus on shipping and receiving duties along with general upkeep of the warehouse and shipping area. This opening is for 1st shift, working Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist preparing shipments to be sent via Fed Ex, UPS and other carriers

• Assist receiving packages from Fed Ex, UPS and other carriers & deliver to appropriate recipients

• Fulfill projects as assigned

• Assist with inventory of warehoused packages and products

• Assist in personal delivery of large project(s)

• Maintain order and cleanliness of warehouse

• Perform light maintenance (change light bulbs, move furniture, etc.)

• Maintain order and cleanliness of shipping area

• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older with the ability to read and speak English for safety purposes

• High School diploma or GED required

• Valid drivers license required

• 1+ years of receiving and receiving experience, previous warehouse experience preferred

• Able to work overtime when required

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted

• Pushing and pulling up to 200 pounds with assistance of rolling carts, 1000 pounds with assistance of pallet jack

• Organized and detail-oriented with proven time management and multi-tasking abilities

• Possess and project a positive, professional attitude, and pleasant personality in all situations

• Discipline to complete multiple tasks under minimal direct supervision

• Courage to take initiative, share ideas, and suggest improvements

• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

• Strong problem solving skills

• Flexibility to work with a team

Salary

This compensation range has been created in good faith based on information known to HALO at the time of the posting and does not include any potential benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate. This is a benefits-eligible position and the hourly rate for this position will be between $19.00-$21.00 USD.
