Do you have a talent for project management and a good eye for detail? We are seeking an experienced professional to manage Health Options print vendor(s) in terms of product timing, cost, and quality of mailings to members and providers. The Fulfillment Consultant will create a letter review process to be adopted by the Health Options organization. They will also be responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities for cost management and workflow to maximize the value of the Health Options letters and forms.

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

  • Manage all aspects of member and provider communication print vendor(s) including establishing contracts, adherence to contract, managing budgets and quality adherence.

  • Establish, implement and manage a work flow across the organization for all correspondence to members and providers to include managing timing of communications, ensuring quality control of product and message and coordinating brand standards.

  • Review and manage re-design of member and provider forms to ensure compliance, clarity and efficient workflow.

  • Suggest and implement process improvements to information access and information delivery, and/or reduce expenses or environmental impact.

  • Champion paperless information delivery and access for member and provider users.

  • Work with internal and external parties to create a process for contact management.

  • May manage one staff member. Will be required to influence others in the organization to adhere to workflows and participate in certain quality review initiatives.

  • Performs other responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with health plan operations and print vendors

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

  • Experience with budget creation and management

  • Demonstrated experience with process improvements in a health insurance environment.

  • Understanding of service models, operational workflow and customer impact.

  • Demonstrated commitment to producing an accurate product.

  • Demonstrated experience in influencing others not in direct line of report.

  • Ability to manage several projects at one time and to deliver results on time and with accuracy.

  • High attention to detail.

The HR Consultant develops and recommends Human Resources practices and procedures to support Community Health Options development and growth, ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations and works with leaders at all levels to foster an exemplary organizational culture. Creates, further develops/refines and may administer onboarding, education and development, customized recognition and retention programs. All efforts and projects are closely linked to the strategic goals of the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manages education and development including policy development and interpretation, people relations, behavioral interviewing education, etc. May administer personality assessments to enhance and develop People and Leaders. * Successfully ensures compliance with federal, state and local employment laws * Creates a dynamic working relationship with all Community Health Options leaders and people * Positively interacts with department directors/managers * Oversees internal HR communications including regular updates on people initiatives and maintenance of the People Handbook * Oversees the new hire onboarding process * Designs and facilitates people and management development programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy * Designs customer service education to achieve exemplary results * Supports the development of competency-based curriculum and appropriate educational delivery methods to meet varying levels of learning needs and various learning styles * Ensures that all educational events are well planned, organized and of the highest quality * Ensures development programs integrate with operational milestones * Understands and supports HIPAA compliance standards * Other human resources, education and compliance duties as assigned KEY COMPETENCIES: Leaders within the company are expected to lead with integrity, humility, strategic vision, curiosity, and discipline. QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelors degree in business or education required; Masters degree preferred * Seven or more years of demonstrated success in the HR and Training fields * Excellent oral and written communicator * Expertise in the all areas of Microsoft suite including Visio * Knowledge of Paylocity a plus * SHRM-SCP Senior Certified Professional, CPTM -Certified Professional in Training Management, CPLP -Certified Professional in Learning and Performance all desirable * Myers-Briggs certification advantageous * Ten or more years of leadership in human resources, training, education and management development * Proven knowledge and expertise in competency-based curriculum development/design, adult learner education delivery techniques and assessment and evaluation of education offerings * Strong relationship-building skills * High integrity * Demonstrated excellence in group presentation and facilitation skills * Insurance industry experience and an understanding of insurance plans desirable SUPERVISED BY: Director of Human Resources and Education Community Health Options Lewiston ME
