What You Will Do

All Lowe's associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Fulfillment Clerk, this means:

  • Being friendly and professional, and engaging with customers as they enter the store, helping them find merchandise if needed.

  • Picking and checking merchandise for customer pickup.

  • Engaging in safe work practices and encouraging others to do the same.

The Fulfillment Clerk spends most of his/her time checking, managing, and fulfilling online orders. This associate also provides valuable input to customers to help them through their online orders.

Travel Requirements:
This role does not require regular travel; however, this role may need to travel on occasion to meetings, trainings, or to support neighboring stores.

What We're Looking For

  • Hourly Full Time or Part Time: Generally scheduled 39 to 40 or up to 25 hours per week, respectively; more hours may be required based on the needs of the store.

  • Requires morning, afternoon and evening availability any day of the week.

  • Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.

  • Minimally must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance; may lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance.

What You Need To Succeed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction).
  • 6 months of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
  • 6 months of experience using a handheld device (e.g., mobile phone, LRT gun, palm pilot, tablet, iPod) to enter, access, and output information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months of retail experience providing customer service, including identifying and resolving customer issues, assisting customers in locating product, greeting customers, answering phones, building relationships with customers, and thanking customers for their business.
  • 6 months of retail merchandising experience, including performing Zone Recovery, stocking, down stocking, facing/fronting product, pricing, maintaining signage, and housekeeping.
  • 6 months of experience in a customer service position at a home improvement or hardware retailer in related department (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden).

If the state or local municipality requires a salesperson license for this position, you must either be licensed or pass the requisite licensing exam within sixty (60) days of starting employment in this position.

Summary: Accelerate profitable company growth through increased brand awareness,market and customer business share. This will be achieved by developing, setting and implementing clear sales and marketing strategies that enables discovering, qualifying, differentiating, engaging, aligning and closing new and high value opportunities. They will also deliver clear voice of customer messages to the business units. Specific Responsibilities * Consistently leads by example. Acts with integrity, impartiality and independence, balancing personal, organization and legal parameters. * Maintains and grows Brewer Science's position as the innovation and technology leader inthe Industry by ensuring the Company's long term product road map is sound, working closely with the other Exectuive/Enterprise Management Team to set priorities for R&D linked to business objectives. This will include strategically developing and executing a comprehensive global sales and marketing plan for both semiconductor and non-semiconductor businesses. * Provide leadership and direction for a high-caliber global sales and marketing organization. Attract , develop, and retain top sales and marketing talent. Lead, inspire and coach team of experienced sales operations professionals * Develop and implement initiatives to improve the current global Sales and Marketing organization structure. * Better align the sales efforts of the U.S./Europe based and Asian based sales teams in servicing global customers with diverse geographical locations to increase market share while also improving customer service. * Implement enhanced Customer Relationship Management processes to increase market share. * Implement actions to enhance the Brewer Science Brand and recognition for innovation and technology leadership, with customers in Asia. * Expand and diversify the customer base by identifying new markets and market segments that align with the Company's core competencies and competitive advantages. * Achieve significant revenue growth and profitability. * Utilizes authority and energizes the Sales Team with motivational methods to achieve success and exceed expectations. * Provide guidance for the development of global strategic marketing plans, driving global strategic branding initiatives across all products and markets, driving continuous improvement across worldwide marketing and marcom processes as well as innovating customer value with new product and promotions. * Oversees and provides guidance to the Sales and Marketing teams to drive revenue growth by capturing new opportunities at new and existing accounts.
