Fulfillment Assistant

Part-Time

$12 per hour

15-20 hours per week

This position may include some early morning shifts on weekdays from 6:30 a.m. to Noon and a Saturday or Sunday shift each week.

Brandt Information Services, the leading provider of SaaS technology for state wildlife and recreational agencies is looking for a motivated, qualified candidate to support project operations for agency customers as a Fulfillment Assistant. This position will assist the Fulfillment Manager related to fulfillment and mailing license and registration requirements for various recreational activities. Training will be provided to selected candidate to perform job responsibilities listed below.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring mail fulfillment machine to ensure proper printing.

• Processing fulfillment in a timely manner to meet service level requirements.

• Performing quality checks in each batch.

• Keeping surrounding areas organized and accessible.

• Assisting with inventory maintenance.

• Other responsibilities as assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Excel and Word

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

• Solid verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and work ethic

• Strong organization skills

• Some lifting requirements, up to 60 pounds

Location:

501 N. Duval Street, Tallahassee, Florida.

This position is considered essential to the operation of the business and requires employee in office to perform the job functions of this position.
