The Sports Nutrition Department is seeking work-study eligible students to work in the Fueling Stations and support specific teams' nutrition needs. In addition to working a set shift in the fueling station (or satellite fueling stations), each Fueling Manger will be assigned specific teams to work with (ex. Men's Basketball Fueling Manager).

Category I: Mandatory Required on Campus.
Main Campus staff: Employees and/or functions designated as mandatory, requiring employees to be physically located on campus in order to maintain campus systems and operations if they are healthy without symptoms.
Stock/restock assigned team locker rooms as needed.
Create a safe and healthy environment following health department guidelines (ie cleaning procedures, temperature log, additional COVID -19 procedures, etc.)
Prepare foods to be served in our fueling stations (tuna salad, hummus, etc.)
Assemble and deliver team travel bags.
Label sample cups for hydration testing.
Receive and put away deliveries following FIFO (first in, first out).
Other tasks or projects assigned by sports dietitians
Food Handlers permit
Reliability and timeliness
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent time and priority management skills
Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments
Ability to work as an integral part of the sports nutrition team
Ability to work a set schedule in the fueling station and occasionally non-traditional hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends) to support assigned team
